School Bus Stop Law: STOP It's the Law!

In accordance with G.S. 66-207, rental car companies are to notify renters of the law requiring motorist to stop for and not pass stopped school buses that are properly marked and designated and that are receiving or discharging passengers. The Division of Motor Vehicles has developed placards and posters in English, French, German, Japanese, and Spanish to be downloaded and printed for use by rental car companies.
