| The purpose of the Construction Department is to administer and oversee major construction projects within their Division. This department enforces contractor compliance and ensures each contract is administered plans, contract, standard specifications, supplemental specifications, project special provisions, materials & tests and roadway standards. Activities of the construction office consist of engineering, inspection, surveying, and record keeping by field and office personnel. |
