PURCHASE ORDER CONTRACT - IMPORTANT UPDATES

Division 13 consists of two (2) Districts and seven (7) counties.
         District One consists of Burke, McDowell, Mitchell and Rutherford Counties.
         District Two consists of Buncombe, Madison, and Yancey Counties.
