The Division Design and Construct office designs small to medium sized projects
in Division 3 using modern computer aided design technology to draw the plans. We work in
cooperation with the District or Resident
Engineers to design many of the projects. These projects are then let to Contract and are administered
by the District or Resident Engineer's offices.
