In order to meet the demands placed upon our transportation supervisors, it is imperative that we provide them with the training, awareness, and resources to carry out their job responsibilities. In doing so, it is the primary purpose of this Transportation Supervisors Academy (TSA) to develop highly effective professional supervisors. This highly interactive and hands-on training will include a challenge to develop new and innovative ways of confronting different issues. The TSA will be available exclusively to Transporation Supervisors. The State Road Maintenance Unit will provide more information regarding the Academy in the near future!
