Batch Printing

Version 7.0 Changes

• Enhanced the scheduled batch printing functionality to match the improvements made in recent releases to the manual batch printing process.

Version 6.4 Changes

• Provided multi-lab selection via a dropdown parameter and pop-up window for manual batch printing.

• The Batch Print Criteria button has been enhanced to allow users to update the parameters that will be used in the scheduled batch printing job. The users can control the parameters within HiCAMS for the job that previously could only be adjusted via updates to .ini files. This modification includes the ability to select multiple labs, set the number of copies to print and to control dates for re-runs.

• Added date validation checks on the Authorizing Date parameters.

Version 6.2.1 Changes

• Removed the restriction of only being able to select 15 samples to print at a time.

• Enhanced the functionality to control the default lab(s) for printing via entries in the hicams.ini file.

Version 5.3 Changes

• In Manual Batch printing, users will have an option of choosing either the default or actual authorizing lab.

New for Version 4.4

• Automatic Batch Printing of test results is now available to M&T Lab personnel on Blue Ridge Road. This functionality allows for one copy of all test results of authorized samples to be printed at a predetermined time to one predefined printer. The printed results are sorted by Lab. When a sample has parts only the test results of the authorizing lab will print.

• Manual Batch Printing of test results is now available by security tag. This functionality allows for up to 15 test results of authorized samples to be printed on demand. The test results to print are selected by Lab or date range. The user can select the number of copies to print.
