Anson County and
Town of Wadesboro
Comprehensive Transportation Plan Study
The Anson County Comprehensive
Transportation Plan (CTP) is a joint effort between
Anson County and all of its incorporated
municipalities, the Rocky River Rural Planning
Organization, and the NCDOT Transportation Planning
Branch.
The Anson County and Town of Wadesboro CTP was
adopted by the Town of Ansonville on October 4,
2010, by the Town of Lilesville on October 4, 2010,
by the Town of McFarlan on November 1, 2010, by the
Town of Morven on October 4, 2010, by the Town of
Peachland on October 4, 2010, by the Town of Polkton
on September 13, 2010 and the Town of Wadesboro on
September 13, 2010. The Anson County Commissioners
adopted the Anson County and Town of Wadesboro CTP
on September 13, 2010. The Anson County and
Town of Wadesboro CTP was endorsed by the Rocky
River Rural Planning Organization on November 18,
2010. The North Carolina Board of Transportation
mutually adopted the Anson County and Town of
Wadesboro CTP on January 6, 2011.
