The Board of Transportation has approved an official process for modifying the Strategic Highway Corridors Vision Plan. A Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), Rural Planning Organizations (RPO), or an internal NCDOT Business Unit desiring to make a modification should follow the process and use the form below.
