Cabarrus-Rowan MPO Comprehensive Transportation Plan Study

The Cabarrus-Rowan Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) Comprehensive Transportation Plan (CTP) is a joint effort between the Cabarrus-Rowan MPO and the NCDOT – Transportation Planning Branch. The Cabarrus-Rowan MPO CTP was approved by the Cabarrus-Rowan MPO Transportation Advisory Committee on August 24, 2011.  The NCDOT – Transportation Planning Branch recommended the mutual adoption of the Cabarrus-Rowan MPO CTP on September 1, 2011.  The Cabarrus-Rowan MPO CTP was adoption by the NCDOT Board of Transportation on October 7, 2011.
