Davidson County Comprehensive Transportation Plan Study

The Davidson County Comprehensive Transportation Plan (CTP) is a joint effort between Davidson County, the Piedmont Triad Rural Planning Organization, and the NCDOT – Transportation Planning Branch.

The Draft Davidson County CTP Maps and Recommendations have been developed for all parts of rural Davidson County, including: Denton, Welcome, and Tyro.  Public workshops were held on November 16, 2009 at 5:30 pm at the Denton Town Hall and on December 3, 2009 at 5:30 pm at the West Davidson County Library.

The Draft Davidson County CTP Maps and Recommendations are available below.  In early 2010, the Davidson County CTP will be up for adoption Town of Denton and Davidson County.
