Johnston County Comprehensive Transportation Plan Study

This plan is a joint effort between the following:

• Johnston County,
• The municipalities of Benson, Clayton, Four Oaks, Kenly, Micro, Pine Level, Princeton, Selma, Smithfield, and Wilson Mills,
• The Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (CAMPO),
• The Upper Coast Plain Rural Planning Organization (UCP RPO), and
• NCDOT.
  

This plan will provide an update to the existing Thoroughfare Plans and Comprehensive Plans in the County. It should create a unified and coordinated plan for Johnston County.
