McDowell County Comprehensive Transportation Plan Study

This plan was a joint effort between McDowell County, the Town of Old Fort, the Isothermal Rural Planning Organization, and NCDOT.  The CTP was adopted by McDowell County on November 5, 2012 and the Town of Old Fort on January 14, 2013.  This plan is going to the Isothermal RPO on February 27, 2013 for the RPO endorsement and to the NCDOT’s Board of Transportation in March, 2013 for NCDOT adoption.
