Ashe County
Comprehensive Transportation Plan Study
This plan was a joint effort between Ashe County,
the municipalities of Jefferson, West Jefferson, and
Lansing,
the High Country Rural Planning Organization, and
NCDOT. The CTP was adopted by Ashe County February 15, 2010; the
City of Jefferson February 22, 2010; the City of
West Jefferson March 1, 2010; and the Town of
Lansing on March 8, 2010. This plan was then
endorsed by the High Country RPO on March 17, 2010,
and it was mutually adopted by NCDOT on May 6, 2010.For questions about Ashe
