Sample flight times: Raleigh to Asheville one hour Aircraft MaintenanceOur mission is to maintain the department's aircraft to a standard and quality of maintenance that meets or exceeds the Federal Aviation Regulations. We maintain the aircraft in accordance with the inspection requirements from Cessna Aircraft's Continuous Inspection Program. The program is divided into five primary phases, (two through six) along with the remaining phases eight through twenty-eight. This program meets the requirements for Federal Aviation Regulation Part 91.409 (e). Our staff completes most of the phase inspections and any discrepancies between inspection intervals. We maintain a small inventory of spare parts and any special tooling required to inspect or repair the aircraft. |
