Winston-Salem Airshow - Sept 6-7

Smith Reynolds Airport is hosting the Winston- Salem Airshow in Winston-Salem North Carolina.

77th NASAO Annual Convention and Trade Show - Sept 27-30

The National Association of State Aviation Officials (NASAO) is holding the 77th Annual NASAO Convention and Trade Show in Anchorage, Alaska. The convention offers attendees an opportunity to meet with the key aviation decision-makers from all 50 state governments, as well as Guam and Puerto Rico and federal government aviation professionals, as well as national aviation industry leaders.

NBAA 61th Annual Meeting & Convention - October 6-8

The NBAA Annual Meeting & Convention is the premier event for business aviation. It is where business aviation business gets transacted. It is where business aviation news gets announced – and made. It is where business aviation history gets started. And, NBAA 2008 will be no exception. Goldsboro Wings Fly-in November 1, 2008

The Goldsboro-Wayne Municipal Airport (GWW) will host Goldsboro Wings Fly-in on November 1, 2008 from 7:30am to 7:30pm. The Fly-in will feature Seminars, Flight Training, Vendors, Pilot Appreciation Party and more! Sponsors include SIG Aviation, Goldsboro-Wayne County Airport Authority, Wayne Community College, EAA Chapter #1114, Kitty Hawk Chapter of 99's, NCDOT Division of Aviation, NC FAAS Team, and Sutton-James Aircraft Insurance. AOPA Air Safety Foundation Seminar November 3-5, 2008

Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) Air Safety Foundation Seminar "Mastering Take-offs and Landings" co-sponsored by NCDOT Aviation will take place at the following dates and locations:
