Aviation Events Calendar
The Division of Aviation is responsible for all aviation functions regarding state system planning, airport and aviation system development. It also provides funding to communities for constructing and improving airports throughout the state. Learn more
This class is designed and led by FAA-qualified wildlife biologist from USDA-APHIS-Wildlife Services and meets the requirements of 14 CFR Part 139.303, but shares valuable information and tools appropriate for any size or type of airport. Classes are approximately 8 hours, free of charge, and open to airport staff and other interested parties. 2017 Class Dates
It is time again for submissions to the annual NC Aviation Art Contest sponsored by the NCDOT Division of Aviation. The purpose of this art contest is to engage young people in aviation and aeronautics in the state.
