NCDOT TO PERMANENTLY CLOSE SECTION OF FARMERS ROAD TO ALLOW FOR CONSTRUCTION OF FAYETTEVILLE OUTER LOOP PROJECT

RALEIGH - The N.C. Department of Transportation will permanently close Farmers Road between Andrews Road and Ramsey Street in Fayetteville beginning Monday, Nov. 21.

Motorists who travel this section of Farmers Road will use Andrews Road and Ramsey Street to get around the permanent closure.

The closure is necessary to construct part of the Fayetteville Outer Loop project which extends from N.C. 87/N.C. 210 (Murchison Road) to east of U.S. 401 (Ramsey Street).
