NCDOT to Host Entrepreneurial Development Program for Highway Contractors

RALEIGH - The North Carolina Department of Transportation is hosting a comprehensive 8-day program aimed at helping small-, minority- and women-owned businesses increase their potential for success in the highway construction industry, while working together to improve transportation in North Carolina.
