Public Hearing Set On Proposed Rule Change Concerning Wheel Chair Ramps

RALEIGH -The N.C. Department of Transportation will hold a public hearing in Garner on Tuesday, Oct. 1, to discuss a proposed rule change concerning wheel chair ramps.

The hearing is scheduled from 2-3:30 p.m. at 750 N. Greenfield Parkway, Garner, in Room 161, NCDOT's Transportation Mobility & Safety Unit.

NCDOT will make a formal presentation at 2 p.m. regarding the proposed N.C. Administrative Code amendment. Anyone wishing to speak at the hearing may register to do so at the sign-in table prior to the hearing.
