Section of N.C. 904/Seaside Road To Close April 15-May 6 for Pipe Replacement

RALEIGH - The N.C. Department of Transportation will close a section of N.C. 904/Seaside Road .8 miles south of U.S. 17 near Grissettown in Brunswick County from Monday, April 15, at 7 a.m. until Monday, May 6 at 5 p.m. for a pipe replacement.Motorists traveling on this section of N.C. 904 should use the following signed detour: Take N.C. 179/N.C. 904/Seaside Road to N.C. 179/Beach Drive to N.C. 179/Bricklanding Road/Village Road to N.C. 179/N.C. 130/Whiteville Road, to U.S. 17/Ocean Highway.Motorists should allow for extra travel time, stay alert and use alternate routes when possible during this period.For real-time travel information at any time, call 511, visit www.ncdot.gov/travel or follow NCDOT on Twitter at www.ncdot.gov/travel/twitter.
