RALEIGH - The North Carolina Division of Motor Vehicles will temporarily suspend services at its Farmville license plate agency beginning Thursday, October 16. The agency, located at 3672 North Main Street, is closing due to lack of staffing. The agency will reopen once a new staff has been hired and trained.
Agencies located in the immediate area will remain open to provide vehicle registration services. The following locations will be open during this time:

LPAs offer vehicle registration services and title transactions, as well as vehicle license plate renewals, replacement tags and duplicate registrations. Currently, 122 license plate agencies operate across North Carolina.
