RALEIGH - Weather permitting, the N.C. Department of Transportation will close both inside lanes of the Cape Fear Memorial Bridge in Brunswick and New Hanover counties. The lane closures will be in effect from 9 p.m. tonight until 5 a.m. Wednesday morning, as crews repair the center guardrail that was damaged in a crash over the weekend.
