Latest Episode of "NCDOT Now" is Online

This week's edition of "NCDOT Now," the department's weekly video news update, is now online. Just click below to watch.

This week's "NCDOT Now" includes:

  • Most of the state is finally clear of snow and ice after last week's winter storm. We'll have more on the DOT's team effort to plow, salt and sand statewide.
  • How to reduce dangerous crashes and improve safety on the state's highways. What an officer from the first state to convict a person for texting and driving has to say to NC drivers.
  • Plus, there's expanded bus service in the Triangle to help you sail through any traffic congestion caused by the Fortify Construction project in Raleigh. We'll tell you why you should hop onboard the Johnston County Express route.
