NC Quick Pass Customers Receiving Fraudulent Emails Regarding Toll Collection

RALEIGH - NC Quick Pass and the Turnpike Authority want to make customers aware that residents in several states, including North Carolina, have reported receiving fraudulent emails stating that they must pay an outstanding toll balance. These emails include a link directing customers to an invoice or payment portal.NC Quick Pass will never request payment via email, and users should verify the authenticity of any sender before clicking a link.
