RALEIGH - The North Carolina Department of
Transportation (NCDOT) recently completed a Disparity Study of its Minority-
and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) and Disadvantaged Business
Enterprise (DBE) programs. The department will hold public meetings in Charlotte
and Raleigh to present the study's findings and recommendations, as well as
receive input from the public.
