Pipe Installation to Temporarily Close South Happy Hill Road in Davidson County

RALEIGH - Weather permitting, the N.C. Department of Transportation will close South Happy Hill Road in Davidson County on Wednesday, April 23 to replace a drainage pipe under the roadway.

South Happy Hill Road will remain closed for the duration of the work, which is expected to be completed by Friday, May 9. A map of the work area can be seen here.Crews will construct a temporary, single-lane gravel road that will serve as the detour around the work zone.
