RALEIGH -The N.C. Department of Transportation will begin a pipe replacement project on N.C. 210, just west of Cart Wheel Road, in Pender County Monday, April 28.
During the work, NCDOT crews will close one direction of the highway throughout the duration of the project, to install the new pipe. Once they are complete, they will close the other side of the road. Flaggers will be on site to assist motorists.
Weather permitting, the work is scheduled for completion May 19.
NCDOT urges motorists to use caution when traveling in the work zone.
