RALEIGH Customer services for NC Quick Pass will be unavailable as maintenance is performed on the database system from midnight on Friday, June 26 through 9 p.m. Sunday, June 28. The Customer Service Center in Morrisville will also be closed, the myncquickpass.com website will be unavailable and the Interactive Voice Response system customers use to pay bills over the phone will also be unavailable during that time. This work is part of the N.C. Department of Transportation's continued focus on enhancing customer service and operating more efficiently.
During the weekend maintenance, toll operations on the Triangle Expressway will continue as normal.
Customers with NC Quick Pass bills due June 27 or 28 will be given an extended deadline to make payments. Those customers will have until Tuesday, June 30 to make payments without additional fees.
