NCDOT to Hold a Public Meeting on a Proposed Widening Project of North Roxboro Road

Raleigh--The N.C. Department of Transportation will hold a public meeting regarding a proposed project to make improvements to N. Roxboro Road in Durham. The project would add dedicated right turn lanes in both directions of Latta Road and Infinity Road, as well as sidewalks on the north and south sides of both Latta and Infinity Road from the intersection at N. Roxboro road.When: Monday, August 10, from 5-7 p.m.Where: Eno Valley Elementary School -Cafeteria 117 Milton Road, DurhamAnyone interested may attend. NCDOT representatives will be available to answer questions and listen to comments regarding the project. Questions or comments can also be submitted in writing. Comments received will be taken into consideration as the project develops.Anyone wanting additional information may contact the NCDOT project engineer, Natalie Lockhart at (919) 707-6041 or email: nnlockhart@ncdot.gov. All comments must be received no later than Monday, August 24, 2015.The public can view maps displaying both the location and size of the project as they become available on line at https://www.ncdot.gov/projects/publicmeetings NCDOT will provide auxiliary aids and services under the Americans with Disabilities Act for disabled persons who wish to participate in this meeting.
