Comments will be made starting promptly at 3 p.m. Secretary of Transportation Nick Tennyson, Reidsville Mayor Pro Tem Harry Brown and others will speak. First Sergeant J.S. Hackett and Patrolman J.A. Parker died on June 19, 1974 when the helicopter in which they were flying while surveying crashed near McCoy Road.
