Lumberton License Plate Agency and Driver License Offices Closing Due to Bomb Threat

Offices are being inspected by safety officials; public is asked to stay away

Raleigh - The Lumberton License Plate Agency, located at 3467 Lackey St., and the Driver License Office, located at 4650 Kahn Drive, have been closed for inspection this afternoon due to bomb threats received Friday afternoon. The public is asked to stay away from the locations while safety inspections are underway. A re-opening time for the facilities has not been determined.

License Plate Agencies located in the region will provide service during the closure:
