what:	Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for I-85 Weigh Station in Gaston County
when:	Wednesday, Dec. 14 at 10 a.m.
where:	From I-85 South, take Exit 13 (Edgewood Road), cross over I-85 and follow to U.S. 74 West. Turn right and follow U.S. 74 West back to I-85 North. Stay in the right lane to enter the weigh station on the ramp just past the bridge. From I-85 North, stay in the right lane just past Exit 10 to enter the weigh station on the ramp just past the bridge.
details:	Secretary Nick Tennyson will join representatives from the North Carolina State Highway Patrol and other officials to open the new weigh station that will capture a large percentage of truck traffic on I-85 North. The new facility will also improve serviceability for both drivers and workers.
