Charlotte - The N.C. Department of Transportation invites the public to attend a meeting to learn more about a proposed project to upgrade the interchange on Interstate 77 at Gilead Road in Huntersville to a Diverging Diamond Interchange.
The open house meeting will begin at 4 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 1, at Huntersville Town Hall, 101 Huntersville-Concord Road. Department staff will be available to answer questions and receive comments until 7 p.m. There will be no formal presentation. Attendees will also have the opportunity to submit written comments and questions.
The public can view maps displaying the location and design concept for the project at the following locations:
Division 10 District Engineer's Office, 7605 District Drive, Charlotte
Office of the Huntersville Town Manager, 101 Huntersville-Concord Road, Huntersville
