  • Questions and comments received via NCDOT's online contact system are answered during normal business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday) within seven business days.
  • NCDOT customer service is available 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday by calling 877-DOT-4YOU (877-368-4968).
