Wayne County
A Comprehensive Transportation Plan (CTP) is a long range multimodal plan that identifies transportation improvement need and proposes solutions for the next 25 to 30 years. The Wayne County CTP is a plan that looks toward the year 2040. It is a joint effort between the following municipalities and organizations: Wayne County, Town of Eureka, Town of Fremont, Town of Mount Olive, Goldsboro Metropolitan Planning Organization, Cape Fear Rural Planning Organization (RPO), and North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT).
