MONROE
– Contract
crews working on the Monroe
Expressway project will close a section of Roanoke Church Road between
Price Dairy Road and Secrest Shortcut Road in Monroe on Monday, Sept. 24,
weather permitting.
The
closure will be in place until Oct. 27 to allow crews to safely excavate and
replace road fill that has settled. A signed detour will take motorists around
the work zone.
