RALEIGH – Approximately 65 N.C. Division of Motor Vehicles driver license offices and license plate agencies have either closed or suspended road-skills testing as Tropical Storm Michael moved through North Carolina Thursday afternoon.
Many offices affected due to the movement of the storm are located in central and eastern North Carolina.
