Several NCDMV Offices Closed as Hurricane Dorian Moves Through Eastern North Carolina

​RALEIGH – Approximately 40 N.C. Division of Motor Vehicles Driver License offices and License Plate Agencies have either closed or suspended road skills testing as Hurricane Dorian moves through the state today and Friday.

Many offices affected due to the movement of the storm are located at or near the coast and coastal plain areas of North Carolina.

Information concerning the status of both Driver License offices and License Plate Agencies can be found on the NCDMV website.
