RALEIGH — The N.C. Department of Transportation's contractor for the Capital Boulevard bridges project plans to close the outside two lanes of southbound Capital Boulevard between Lane Street and the Peace Street bridge on Saturday between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m..
This closure will allow the contractor to complete curb and gutter installation.
The closure is weather dependent and subject to change.
Drivers should allow extra time and pay extra attention while driving through the work zone.
