WINSTON-SALEM – The N.C. Department of Transportation plans to close a Forsyth County road next week for a pipe replacement.
On Monday, Moore Road will be closed near Antioch Church Road to allow crews to replace the crossline pipe under the road. Work is expected to be complete by Friday, Dec. 17, weather permitting.
For the duration of the closure, traffic will follow a signed detour using Jefferson Church Road, Antioch Church Road and Moore Road.
Motorists should remain cautious while using the detour and plan for delays.
