U.S. 52 Maintenance Project Coming to Forsyth County

​WINSTON SALEM – The N.C. Department of Transportation will close a ramp and lane of U.S. 52 in Forsyth County next week for a maintenance project, weather permitting.

At 4 a.m. April 18, the right lane of U.S. 52 South will be closed at Exit 107B. The onramp from East Sprague Street to the highway will also be closed with a signed detour.  The closures are needed to allow crews to repair a damaged concrete slab in the area. Work is expected to be complete by the morning of April 19.

Motorists are encouraged to seek alternate routes and to use extra caution if traveling through the work zone.
