WINSTON SALEM –An N.C. Department of Transportation contractor will implement overnight lane closures Sunday night on Interstate 40 in Forsyth County for an ongoing rehabilitation and bridge preservation project, weather permitting.
The following closure will take place from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning:
- One of two lanes will close on the U.S. 421 south exit ramp to I-40 east (exit 238)
Motorists should use caution while traveling through the work zones and plan accordingly for delays.
