GREENSBORO – N.C. Department of Transportation crews will temporarily close one lane on Interstate 85 in Guilford County for bridge repairs.
Starting Tuesday at 9 a.m., the left lane will close near the Youngs Mill Road exit (mile marker 130) on I-85 South. The closure should last for two days, allowing crews to safely repair the bridge over Little Alamance Creek. Work is expected to be complete by Oct. 26, weather permitting.
Drivers should plan for this construction, and while in the work zone, remain alert and obey all posted traffic signs.
