​GREENSBORO- A contractor for the N.C. Department of Transportation will begin demolition on a Guilford County bridge tomorrow that will require nightly closures​.
On Tuesday, contract crews start demolition work of the bridge on Rehobeth Church Road requiring temporary closures on U.S. 29. The closures will occur from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Sunday through Thursday between U.S. 220 and Randleman Road. The closures are expected to last three weeks.
Signed detours will be in place to guide drivers around the closure.
Motorists are urged to slow down near the work site and use caution. NCDOT also encourages people to plan ahead due to the detour.
