Proposed Rule Changes to the Administrative Code

The N.C. Department of Transportation will hold a public hearing for 24 proposed rule changes​​.​ 

This hearing is being held to solicit comments on the proposed changes to Title 19A, of the North Carolina Administrative Code, Chapter 02, Subchapter E, Parts .0201, .0202, .0203, .0204, .0206, .0207, .0208, .0209, .0210, .0212, .0213, .0214, .0215, .0224, .0225, .0226, .0601, .0602, .0603, .0604, .0608, .0609, .0610, and .0611. ​
