This is to notify the public of the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s intention to reimburse the N.C. Department of Transportation for eligible costs incurred to restore and repair publicly-owned facilities damaged by Hurricane Florence and Tropical Storm Michael in 2018, and Hurricane Dorian in 2019.
