The N.C. Department of Transportation proposes a road closure of East Preston Street at the CSX railroad crossing near the entrance of Bailey Feed Mill in Selma.
This road closure would convert it into a dead end at each side of the railroad crossing, preventing through traffic and addressing safety concerns in the area.

The purpose of this meeting is to inform the public of the proposed project and gather input on the proposed design. The public can view project information, submit comments and receive email updates at NCDOT's public input portal.
Public Comment
NCDOT representatives will be available to answer questions and receive comments. The comments and information received will be taken into consideration as work on the project develops.
