STIP Numbers U-5753, U-5858, U-5798, U-5707 & U-5857
The N.C. Department of Transportation proposes the following roadway improvements in the Rockfish area:
U-5753 - Widen Wayside Road between Plank Road and U.S. 401
U-5858 - Widen Lindsay Road between U.S. 401 and Rockfish Road
U-5798 - Widen Gillis Hill Road between U.S. 401 and Lindsay Road
U-5707 - Gillis Hill Road Extension, new location between Lindsay Road and Rockfish Road
U-5857 - Widen Rockfish Road between Lindsay Road and Cameron Road
A public meeting is scheduled for:

Rockfish
The purpose of this meeting is to inform the public of the project and gather input on the proposed design.
The public may attend at any time during the public meeting hours, as no formal presentation will be made.
Public Comment
NCDOT representatives will be available to answer questions and receive comments. The comments and information received will be taken into consideration as work on the project develops.
The opportunity to submit written comments will be provided at the meeting or can be submitted via phone, email or at NCDOT's public input portal by May 7, 2019.
