Proposed Upgrade to Dabney Drive from Coble Boulevard to U.S. 158 Business - Vance County

The N.C. Department of Transportation proposes to upgrade Dabney Drive from Coble Boulevard to U.S. 158 Business in Vance County. The proposed design revisions include a roundabout​ at the Dabney Drive/Dorsey Avenue intersection. 

The purpose of this project is to improve mobility along Dabney Drive and provide enhanced pedestrian and bicycle accommodations.​ ​

A public meeting is scheduled for:

1600 S. Garnett St., Extension 
Henderson

The purpose of this meeting is to inform the public of the proposed project and gather input on the proposed design. The public can view project information, submit comments and receive email updates at NCDOT's ​public input portal​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​.​​​​​

Public Comment

NCDOT representatives will be available to answer questions and receive comments. The comments and information received will be taken into consideration as work on the project develops.
