Conversion of U.S. 311/N.C. 14 & Kings Highway Intersection into Interchange

The N.C. Department of Transportation proposes to convert the existing at-grade intersection of U.S. 311/N.C. 14 (South Van Buren Road) and Kings Highway (S.R. 2066) to an interchange in Rockingham County.

A public meeting is scheduled for:

Thursday, March 14, 2019
4-7 p.m.
Eden Town Hall
308 E. Stadium Drive
Rockingham

The purpose of this meeting is to inform the public of the project and gather input on the proposed design.

 

The public may attend at any time during the public meeting hours, as no formal presentation will be made.

Public Comment

NCDOT representatives will be available to answer questions and receive comments. The comments and information received will be taken into consideration as work on the project develops.

The opportunity to submit written comments will be provided at the meeting or can be submitted by March 28, 2019, via phone, email or mail.
